- All Personal Data that is processed by us is done in a manner that maintains its integrity and confidentiality. This includes protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage to your data. As such, we adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures, which include but are by no means limited to the below:
- comprehensive controlled access for our premises;
- policies relating to documents and data storage devices which are taken outside the premises;
- rigorous access controlled policing for our IT environment, including two-factor authentication and strong passwords;
- high levels of security for our IT hardware as well as strong business continuity / disaster recovery for systems and data;
- constantly updated and evolving anti-virus, anti-spam and anti-malware systems; and
- detailed information security policies circulated to all our staff.
