.pharmacy

Should you wish to register .pharmacy names with us or transfer .pharmacy names to our management, the Registry Operator, the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (and provided by the Registry Service Provider), imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions. You agree and acknowledge the .pharmacy policies and conditions as set out below and updated from time to time:

  • You must provide us with administrative contact information which must be kept up-to-date for (i) the notification of complaints; (ii) reports of registration abuse; and (iii) contact details of the relevant regulatory or industry self-regulatory bodies in their main place of business.
  • You represent that you possess all and any necessary authorisation, charters, licenses and/or other related credentials (Credentials) for the participation in the sector associated with the .pharmacy TLD. You must report any material changes to the validity of such Credentials for participation in the sector associated with the .pharmacy TLD to ensure you continue to conform with appropriate regulations and licensing requirements and generally conduct your activities in the interests of the consumers you serve.
  • You acknowledge and agree (i) that Registry Operator reserves the right to deny, suspend, cancel, delete, transfer or deny the transfer of any registration or transaction or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status as Registry Operator deems necessary in its unlimited and sole discretion; (ii) to comply with specifications adopted by ICANN, its affiliates or any industry group generally recognised as authoritative with respect to the internet; (iii)  to protect the integrity, security and stability of the Internet or Registry Operator; (iv) to comply with all applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement or any other applicable authority or in compliance with any dispute resolution process; (v) to correct mistakes made by Registry Operator, us or any other Registrar in connection with a domain name registration; (vi) that Registry Operator reserves the right to cancel a domain name for the non-payment of required fees; and (vii) not to transfer a domain name to another owner without Registry Operator’s prior written approval.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Registry Operator and Registry Service Provider and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, accountants, attorneys, insurers, agents, predecessors, successors and assigns, harmless from and against all third party claims, losses, lawsuits, damages or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your actions, use of the registered name or your domain name registration. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of your contract with us.
