Should you wish to register .io names with us or transfer .io names to our management, the Registry Operator, IO Domain Registry a subsidiary of Internet Computer Bureau Ltd, imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows:

In addition, Resellers of .IO domain names hereby agree to:

1. comply with the .io Registry-Registrar Agreement, and will abide by all terms and conditions and obligations set forth in this Agreement; and
2. indemnify, defend and hold harmless NIC.IO, and its directors officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates and stockholders from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind, including without limitation reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to any activities of such reseller. This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of Reseller Agreement with the Registrar.
