By registering or transferring into our management a .eu domain name, you agree to the registry rules set out here: https://eurid.eu/en/other-infomation/document-repository/.

You confirm that, to your knowledge, your request for Domain Name Registration is made in good faith and does not infringe the rights of any third party. You further confirm that your Domain Name Registration meets the eligibility criteria as defined in the Rules. Please note that new Terms and Conditions and ADR Rules take effect on 13 October 2022.

The Personal Data necessary for the provision of Registration Services is disclosed to EURID acting as a Controller. Refer to the registry’s privacy policy (available at  https://eurid.eu/en/other-infomation/document-repository/– Privacy Policy) to inform yourself as to how the registry processes all Personal Data received.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in your agreement with Com Laude for corporate domain name management, and to the extent such agreement designates the law of a non-EU member state as its governing law, your agreement shall be governed by Spanish law as relates exclusively to your domain name registration(s) in the .EU registry (without prejudice to any rule governing jurisdiction and applicable law). The governing law as relates to the rest the agreement, including any non-.EU domain names, shall remain unchanged, as set out in your agreement.

The dispute resolution procedure for .EU domain registrations shall be governed by the registry rules, as set out on the registry site at https://eurid.eu/en/other-infomation/document-repository/ (ADR Rules).
