.dm Commonwealth of Dominica

Should you wish to register .DM names with us or transfer .DM names to our management, the Registry Operator, DotDM Corporation/.dm Registry, imposes certain conditions. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, by placing an order with us you unconditionally agree to be bound by these conditions as follows:

a) You agree to abide by the operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the .DM TLD, including the Registry Policies set out here: http://www.nic.dm/policies.php, as may be updated from time to time in a non-arbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars, including affiliates of the Registry Operator. To the extent of any discrepancy between the rules of the Registry Operator and the terms of your agreement with Com Laude, the Registry Operator rules shall prevail;

b) You agree to comply with all applicable laws;

c) You shall not use your domain names in a way that involves distributing malware, abusively operating botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting or otherwise engaging in activity contrary to applicable law, and you agree that Com Laude or the registry may take action to prevent such activities including suspension and/or the deletion of the domain;

d) You acknowledge and agree that the Registry Operator reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion:

      1. to protect the integrity and stability of the registry;
      2. to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process;
      3. to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of Registry Operator, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees and those of Registry Operator’s back-end registry services provider;
      4. per the terms of your registration agreement with Com Laude; or
      5. to correct mistakes made by the Registry Operator or Com Laude in connection with a domain name registration. Registry Operator also reserves the right to place upon registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name during resolution of a dispute.

e) You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Registry Operator and its subcontractors, and its and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates of each of them, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, your domain name registration. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of your registration agreement with Com Laude;

f) You consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of your personal data by the Registry Operator and its designees and agents to register/maintain your domain registration data;

g) You agree to provide accurate and reliable contact details and promptly correct and update the registration information for the registered name during the registration term for the registered name;
