Mike is our ambassador. He creates and then manages partnerships with clients and associates. This role, unique within Com Laude, enables Mike to oversee our operations in order for him to ensure that our client managers are serving clients’ needs, and that we can adapt to those of new clients. While Mike is also involved in Com Laude’s high-level corporate strategy, colleagues still rely on him for counsel on the nitty-gritty of some registry policies. He’s a problem solver. That might be why he is also our resident Excel expert. He loves it – others don’t, so they come to him for advice and encouragement when their brains can’t quite switch to Excel mode.
